Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping at FR Supply Canada. Orders are shipped from warehouses in Edmonton and Ontario.  Most orders are shipped in 24 hours and delivered in 1 to 6 business days after being placed(within Canada). We will notify you as soon as possible if items you ordered are out-of-stock. 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, Day & Ross .

We ship only to Canada and the USA. Orders shipping to remote areas may be subject to extended delivery times.

Returns

Returns can only be authorized 30 days after receipt.
Return freight must be pre-paid.
All original tags and packaging must be present.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by FRSUPPLY.CA
Returns without an RA # will be refused.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Altered or opened garments are not returnable.

If items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, we will cover return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Just contact us HERE with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities and order number and we will reply with return instructions. Please note: a 20% re-stocking fee is applicable.

Exchanges 

We will accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
We will pay for exchange shipping on all order orders totaling $150 or above. Limited to 1 time.
Please contact our customer support to start an exchange.

Defective products

All products have a one month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Just Contact us HERE with the details of the defective item, including style number, color, size, quantities and order number. We will reply with more information.

Cancellations

Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. 
Once shipments are picked up by a courier, the return policy is in effect.
